Web sites with information on the International Criminal Court. The ICC is an international body convened to judge war crimes. Since WWII there have been several ad hoc conventions of the ICC to try specific war crimes. The process of calling the ICC takes time, and many people feel that NATO and the UN could have reduced the impact of the tragedies in Bosnia-Herzegovina, Rwanda and other international hotspots with a permanent ICC.

The statute for the ICC statute entered into force on July 1st 2002.
